Hi there!
I hope you've all had a fabulous week! Yes, I actually had my surgery yesterday, but I was able to post this because most of it was pre-written. Luckily, the surgery was done laparoscopically, so recovery is fairly easy. I'm hopeful it stays that way.

Thank you for stopping by! Whether you are enjoying summer or a completely different season across the globe, I hope you are staying comfortable. Here in Southern New Mexico, the heat is no joke.  Wednesday's Word: Psalm 13

Isn't life interesting?  There are highs and lows, hills and valleys, joy and pain.
David begins Psalm 13 with feelings of abandonment and defeat, 
but ended with rejoicing and praise.  What changed David's heart and attitude?  How did he go from defeat to victory? 
He. Prayed.  Yup, he prayed.  His prayer was simple. Direct. To The Point.
Sandwiched between despair and victory was a 36 word prayer.
